Terms & Conditions, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

The key points at a glance

Thank you for choosing Nima3DPrint Studio. Here is a short summary of how ordering, cancellations and refunds work. The full terms below are what legally applies.

  • Made just for you. Every figurine is custom-made from your photo and your choices. Because of this, we're sorry that we can't accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind, and the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised goods (§ 312g(2) no. 1 BGB).
  • You approve the design first. Before anything is printed, we send you a digital preview. Production only starts once you have approved it.
  • Free cancellation within 12 hours. Changed your mind? Cancel any time in the first 12 hours after ordering and you will receive a full refund of what you paid, automatically.
  • After 12 hours, until you approve the design. You can still cancel. We keep a 30% fee to cover the work already done, and the remaining 70% of what you paid is refunded to you automatically.
  • After you approve the design. Production begins at that point, so the order can no longer be cancelled.
  • If something isn't right. If your figurine arrives damaged, faulty or different from what we agreed, your legal rights always apply. Just write to support@nima3dprint.com with your order number and a photo, and we will work with you on a solution.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms and Conditions apply to every order you place through the Nima3DPrint Studio website.

Your contract is with:

Nima3DPrint Studio
Owner / Operator: Aydin Javanbakht
In den Alboingärten 25
12103 Berlin
Germany
Email: support@nima3dprint.com

Aydin Javanbakht, trading as Nima3DPrint Studio, is the seller and your contractual partner for purchases made through this website.

Orders placed here are made directly with us. They are not Etsy transactions.

These terms are written for consumers, unless we say otherwise.

2. Made-to-order, personalised products

We design and 3D-print products individually, based on your photographs, choices and instructions. These can include personalised figurines, models, animals, characters and other made-to-order objects.

3D printing and hand-finishing are manufacturing processes, so small differences in colour, surface, texture and appearance are natural.

Digital previews show the intended design. The finished product may differ slightly from a preview for production reasons.

None of this limits your legal rights if a product is faulty or does not match what we agreed.

3. Your photographs and materials

Please make sure you are allowed to use every photograph, image, design, name, logo or other material you send us for the product you have asked for.

By sending us material, you give us the permission we need to use it for one purpose only: to design, make, deliver and support your order.

Please do not send material whose use would infringe copyright, trademarks, personality rights or other rights of third parties.

We may decline an order if we have good reason to believe that making it would be unlawful or would infringe someone else's rights.

4. Placing an order and when the contract begins

The products shown on our website are an invitation to order, not a binding offer from us.

Before you place your order, you can check your details and correct any mistakes.

When you click the final button marked with an obligation to pay, you place a binding order.

We then send a confirmation to the email address you gave us.

The contract is concluded when we accept your order, for example by confirming it or by starting work on it.

5. Prices and payment

The total price, including any shipping costs, is shown before you place your order.

We apply the small-business exemption under § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung), so we do not charge or show VAT.

You can pay using the payment methods offered at checkout.

6. Design preview and approval

Where we offer a design preview, we may send you a digital 3D preview before we begin physical production.

Please check it carefully, including its appearance, any names or text, and the design details you requested.

Where your approval is required, we only start physical production once you have approved the design.

After you have approved the design and production has started, further changes may no longer be possible.

If a change is still technically possible but needs extra work, we will tell you about any additional charge before we do that work.

Approving a design does not affect your legal rights if the product turns out to be faulty or not as agreed.

7. Cancelling your order

We offer the cancellation options below voluntarily, on top of your legal rights. They are separate from the statutory right of withdrawal, which is explained in Section 8.

  • Within twelve (12) hours of placing your order: you can cancel free of charge, with no deduction. The cancellation is processed automatically and you receive a full refund of the amount you paid, automatically.
  • After twelve (12) hours, but before you approve the design: free cancellation is no longer available, but you can still cancel subject to a 30% cancellation fee (a “cancellation partial refund”). When you cancel, 70% of the amount you paid is refunded to you automatically.
  • Once you have approved the design: from this point on, including during production, preparation for delivery and delivery, we are no longer able to cancel the order under this voluntary policy.

You can cancel on your order tracking page, using the tracking number from your confirmation email. The refund is paid back to the payment method you used. If your order was free of charge (for example, paid in full with a promotion code), there is nothing to refund.

Nothing in this section limits your legal rights for defective, damaged or non-conforming goods (see Sections 8 and 10).

8. The statutory right of withdrawal and personalised goods

Products that we make to your individual specifications, or that are clearly tailored to your personal needs, fall under the exception in § 312g(2) no. 1 BGB.

For these products, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal therefore generally does not apply.

For this reason, please check your order details carefully and, where we provide one, your design preview before you approve production.

This exclusion does NOT affect your legal rights for defective, damaged, wrongly supplied or otherwise non-conforming goods.

9. Returns, exchanges and change-of-mind refunds

Personalised products are made for one customer and generally cannot be resold. For that reason, we are sorry that we are unable to offer voluntary returns, exchanges or refunds only because:

  • you have changed your mind;
  • you no longer want the product;
  • you chose an option by mistake and the product was made according to that choice;
  • you approved a design and later prefer something different; or
  • the product matches the agreed design, but you now prefer another design.

This does not affect the cancellation options in Section 7 or your mandatory legal rights for defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming goods.

10. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

You keep all of your legal rights relating to defects.

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, differs materially from what we agreed, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us at support@nima3dprint.com.

Please tell us your order number, describe the problem and, where helpful, include photographs that show it.

Your legal remedies are governed by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances and the legal requirements, they may include repair or replacement and, where the law allows, a price reduction, withdrawal from the contract and/or reimbursement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

11. Variations from the manufacturing process

Screens, source photographs, lighting, printing materials, 3D-printing processes and hand-finishing can all affect how colours and details look.

Reasonable minor variations that come with the agreed manufacturing process are not, by themselves, a defect, as long as the product otherwise matches what we agreed.

Your legal rights for defects remain unaffected.

12. Production and delivery

Production and delivery times shown on the website are estimates, unless we have expressly agreed a binding delivery date with you.

Where we need something from you to proceed, such as photographs, information or your approval of a design, any delay on your side may extend production and delivery times.

The available delivery destinations, shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout.

13. Delivery details

Please make sure your delivery details are complete and correct.

If a parcel comes back because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because the parcel was not accepted or collected, we may charge reasonable extra shipping costs for sending it again, where the law permits this.

This does not apply where the failed delivery is our responsibility or is otherwise not down to you.

14. Liability

We are fully liable wherever the law requires it, including for intentional conduct, gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not permit such an exclusion or limitation.

15. Questions and complaints

If you have a question or a complaint about an order, please write to us:

Nima3DPrint Studio
Email: support@nima3dprint.com

Please include your order number where you can.

16. Review guidelines

Once your order has been delivered, you can leave a public review with a rating, a written comment and, if you like, a photo. Reviews appear with the display name you chose and a “Verified Purchase” label. We never show your email address, tracking number or other order details.

Reviews and photos must not contain sexual, political, hateful or racist content, or any other content that is offensive, abusive or unlawful. They must relate to your own order and experience.

Before publication, every review (including any attached photo) is checked automatically by a content-moderation system. If a review does not follow these guidelines, it is not published, and we let you know so that you can revise the text and/or photo and submit it again. A review that follows these guidelines is published automatically, without manual review.

We may remove a review at any time if the automated check missed content that breaks these guidelines. We may also restore a review that was rejected by mistake, and we may publish a public reply to any review.

17. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless the law requires us to do so in an individual case.

18. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not take away the mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply under the law of the country where you normally live.
