2. Data we process

When customers use the website or place an order, we may process:

  • name and contact information;
  • email address;
  • billing and delivery information;
  • order information;
  • customization selections and instructions;
  • photographs and files uploaded for customization;
  • customer communications;
  • payment-related transaction information;
  • shipping and fulfilment information; and
  • technical information necessary to operate and secure the website.

Information necessary to enter into and perform an order is primarily processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Information required to comply with statutory obligations may be processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Where necessary to protect legitimate operational, security or legal interests, processing may be based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, subject to the applicable requirements.

3. Customer photographs and customization files

Photographs and other files submitted for customization are processed for the purpose of designing, producing, fulfilling and supporting the customer's personalized order.

Customers should provide photographs of other persons only where they are entitled to provide and use those photographs for the requested purpose.

Customer photographs are not sold.

Customer photographs will not be used for unrelated advertising, public promotional galleries or AI model training without an appropriate separate legal basis or permission.

4. Payment processing

Payments are processed using the payment services offered during checkout, including Stripe where applicable.

Information required to process the payment is transmitted to the relevant payment provider.

Nima3DPrint Studio does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers where these are processed directly by the payment provider.

5. Database and file storage

We use Supabase infrastructure for functionality that may include database services, authentication and storage of customer-uploaded files.

Depending on the relevant function, this may involve processing account information, order information, communications and uploaded files.

6. Website hosting

The website uses external hosting and deployment infrastructure, including Vercel.

Technical information necessary to deliver and secure the website may therefore be processed by the hosting provider, including IP addresses, request information, timestamps, browser/device information and technical logs.

7. Email communications and newsletter

We may use Resend to provide transactional communications such as order confirmations, verification messages, design-preview notifications, shipping updates and other order-related communications.

The customer's email address and information necessary to generate the relevant communication may therefore be processed by this provider.

If you tick the box asking whether you would like to receive our latest discounts and new products, we will use your email address to send you such marketing emails. We do this only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Your address is stored with Resend for this purpose.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future, using the unsubscribe link in every marketing email or by writing to support@nima3dprint.com. Order-related emails are not affected.

8. Shipping

Where an order requires physical delivery, information necessary to deliver the parcel may be provided to the selected postal or parcel carrier.

This may include the recipient's name, delivery address and other information reasonably necessary for shipment.

9. Customer communications

Messages submitted through the website, order-tracking functionality or customer-support channels may be processed to administer the relevant order, answer enquiries, document communications and establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

Technically necessary cookies or similar technologies may be used for functionality including security, checkout, authentication, sessions and order tracking.

Technologies requiring consent under applicable law will not be activated before the required consent has been obtained.

Where processing is based on consent, users may withdraw that consent with effect for the future.

11. Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or as required or permitted by applicable law.

Contractual, invoicing, accounting and tax-related records may be retained for applicable statutory retention periods.

Customization photographs and production files are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil and support the relevant order and may subsequently be deleted or anonymized unless continued retention is required or permitted by law.

12. Recipients and international data transfers

Where necessary, personal data may be processed by service providers involved in website hosting, technical infrastructure, storage, payment processing, transactional email, shipping and technical support.

Some providers may process information outside Germany or the European Economic Area.

Where applicable, transfers outside the EEA take place only where a legally permitted transfer mechanism or appropriate safeguard applies.

13. Data subject rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, data subjects may have rights including:

  • access;
  • rectification;
  • erasure;
  • restriction of processing;
  • data portability;
  • objection to certain processing; and
  • withdrawal of consent with effect for the future where processing is based on consent.

Requests may be sent to: support@nima3dprint.com

14. Right to complain

Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.
